Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 June 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Itemly Inc. ("Endgame", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares your information when you use the Endgame mobile application and any related services (the "Services").

Endgame is a goal-achievement app. You tell us a goal you want to work toward, and our AI advisor — SOLOMON — generates one focused daily mission to help you make progress, shown on your home screen and lock screen. You mark missions complete to advance.

Itemly Inc. is the data controller responsible for your information. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Services. Questions? Contact us at [email protected].

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account information — your name, email address, username, and password (or the credentials returned by a sign-in provider, such as Sign in with Apple).
  • Your goals and mission context — the goals you set, the details and context you choose to share with SOLOMON, and the progress you log. Some of this may relate to your finances, fitness, health, or mental wellbeing. We treat this information carefully and process it to deliver the Services (see section 4, Legal bases).
  • Mission activity — which missions you receive, complete, skip, or revisit, and related timestamps.
  • Social content — if you use Endgame's social features, the completions you share, the accountability pods you join, and the messages you send to other users.
  • Communications — anything you send us when you contact support or respond to us.

Payment information

If you subscribe, your payment details are collected and processed by Apple and our subscription provider RevenueCat (and, where applicable, Stripe). We do not receive or store your full card details. We receive your subscription status so we can give you access to paid features.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and log data — device model, operating system and version, app version, language, unique device and installation identifiers, IP address, crash reports, and diagnostic information.
  • Usage data — how you interact with the app (features used, screens viewed, actions taken, and timestamps), collected for analytics and to improve the Services.
  • Push notification token — if you enable notifications, an identifier used to deliver mission reminders and updates. You can turn notifications off in your device settings at any time.

Endgame does not collect your precise location or access your camera, microphone, or photos.

3. How we use your information

  • To create and manage your account and keep you signed in.
  • To generate your daily missions and personalise them to the goal you set.
  • To display your progress, streaks, and mission history.
  • To operate the social features you choose to use (pods, shared completions, messaging).
  • To send you mission reminders and service notifications you've enabled.
  • To process your subscription and provide access to paid features.
  • To analyse usage, fix bugs, and improve the app.
  • To respond to your support requests.
  • To protect against fraud and abuse, and to comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Legal bases (UK / EU users)

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we rely on the following legal bases under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR to process your information:

  • Performance of a contract — to provide the core Services you've signed up for, such as generating your missions and running your account.
  • Consent — for optional features such as push notifications, social sharing, and any goal information you choose to share that may relate to your health or financial circumstances. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legitimate interests — to secure, maintain, and improve the Services and prevent abuse, balanced against your rights.
  • Legal obligation — where we must process information to comply with the law.

Where goal information you provide could be considered special-category data (for example, details about your health), we process it only on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give by choosing to share it. You are never required to share sensitive details — share only what you're comfortable with.

5. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers who help us run Endgame, and only as needed for them to perform their work for us under contract. These include:

  • Anthropic — powers SOLOMON's mission generation (see section 6).
  • Supabase — secure cloud database and storage of your account and app data.
  • RevenueCat & Apple — subscription management and payment processing.
  • Mixpanel — product analytics to understand and improve how the app is used.
  • OneSignal — delivery of push notifications you've enabled.

Other users. If you use the social features, the content you choose to share (completions, pod activity, messages) is visible to the users you share it with. You control this — see section 7, Social features & your controls.

Business transfers. If Itemly Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Legal reasons. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, the public, or us.

6. SOLOMON & AI processing

SOLOMON, Endgame's AI advisor, is powered by Anthropic. To generate your daily mission, the goal you set and the relevant context and progress you provide are sent to Anthropic for processing and returned to you as a mission.

Anthropic processes this information on our behalf as a service provider, under its applicable terms. We send only what's needed to generate useful missions, and we recommend you avoid including sensitive personal details beyond what's necessary to describe your goal.

SOLOMON produces general suggestions generated by software. It does not provide professional advice and does not make legally significant decisions about you. Please read section 15, No guarantee of outcomes & not professional advice.

7. Social features & your controls

Endgame includes optional social features: accountability pods (small groups of users who can see each other's progress), a shared completions feed, and messaging between users.

These features are in your control:

  • You can turn off sharing so your completions and progress are not shared with other users.
  • You can turn off messages so you don't send or receive messages from other users.
  • You can leave a pod at any time.

When sharing is on, the content you share is visible to the relevant pod members or feed audience, and we can't control how other users use what you choose to share. When sharing and messaging are off, that information is not made visible to other users. You can change these settings in the app at any time.

8. International transfers

We and our service providers are based in or process data in the United States and other countries. If you are in the UK, EEA, or Switzerland, your information may be transferred to countries whose data protection laws differ from your own. Where we transfer personal information out of the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Further details are available on request.

9. How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as you have an account with us and as needed to provide the Services. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information from our active systems, typically within 30 days, except where we need to retain limited information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our terms. Information held in routine backups is deleted on our standard backup cycle.

10. How we keep information safe

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest through our infrastructure provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we can't guarantee absolute security. Use a strong, unique password and keep your device secure.

11. Age requirement

Endgame is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided us with information, contact us at [email protected] and we'll take steps to delete it and close the account.

12. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you and obtain a copy.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your information.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent where we rely on it.
  • Data portability.

You can access, export, or delete your data from within the app, or by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond in line with applicable law.

If you are in the UK, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. If you are in the EEA, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

13. US residents' rights

If you are a resident of California or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, access and obtain a copy of it, correct it, delete it, and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information or targeted advertising. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may use an authorised agent, and we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Where a request is denied, you may appeal by replying to our response.

14. Other regions

If you are in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or another region with applicable privacy laws, you may have rights to access and correct your information and to complain to your local regulator. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise these rights.

15. No guarantee of outcomes & not professional advice

Endgame is a motivation and goal-tracking tool. SOLOMON provides general suggestions generated by software — not professional advice. SOLOMON is not a financial advisor, doctor, therapist, dietitian, lawyer, or any other licensed professional, and using Endgame does not create any professional relationship.

Missions are general prompts. You decide whether to act on them, and you do so at your own discretion and risk. We do not guarantee any specific result — financial, fitness, health, career, personal, or otherwise. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your own circumstances and choices.

Before making decisions about your money, health, mental health, or other significant matters, consult a qualified professional. Do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something in the app. If a mission ever feels unsafe or unsuitable for you, don't do it.

If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency, Endgame is not the right tool — please contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll provide a more prominent notice. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
